Hamster World

Corrections Policy

Hamster care advice should be clear, current, and willing to change when better evidence appears.

How to report an issue

If you find an error, outdated source, unclear recommendation, broken link, or typo, email contact@hamster-world.com. Include the article URL and a short explanation of the issue.

What happens next

Corrections are reviewed against the original source material and, when needed, additional veterinary or animal welfare references. Simple factual errors are corrected as soon as possible.

Substantial updates

If a correction changes the meaning of an article, the article is revised and the last revised date is updated. Health and nutrition advice is handled especially carefully, because small details can matter.

Reader feedback

Reader experience is welcome, but individual anecdotes do not replace veterinary evidence. They can still be useful when they point to unclear wording or a practical problem the article should address.
